    Well that post hasn't aged well lol... Just a blip, my mindset hasn't changed, instead of being risky, complete avoidance is the key!

    Just a quick post to say I am still here. I can't think of anything to say other than what has been said previously. I'm still working life out day by day. I hope you are all doing well!

    I slipped after 21 days. The 21 days was the best truly clean streak I had in months. Today I get back on the horse with new vigor. I'm going to use my free time to play less video games and work on myself more through meditation and reflection.

    After my last relaps, I was frustrated with myself for quite a while. I couldn't believe it, it happened to me.

    There is no way for me, to go back to my old habits. Staying away from porn and masturbation is a much netter way. I will make it this time over the 200days and forever...

    In 2024, I M-ed to O exactly three times. The first one was in January, and it was accidental. After that I decided to be more strict about it and to try to avoid any touching as much as possible.

    The next time was in February, but this time it was scheduled. As it was scheduled, I didn’t feel bad for it. Interestingly, it felt totally boring.

    The latest one was in April. I scheduled it for a Thursday, but I missed that date, and cought up when I noticed it on Sunday. This time, it felt not only boring, but totally awkward, like something sane, grown up people would not do, like thumb sucking. Or like something naughty and stupid like smoking or drinking, where one could ask “Why are you doing this?” I never felt like this before, and I think this change in attitude is a good development.

    Next, I want to do a 90 days challenge. The next MO will be scheduled on August 1st. If I miss that date, it will be 14 days later, on August 15th.

    Fatigue. Low dopamine coming back from vacation. Making it acceptable. Phone being unintentionally without filters.

    This is my weekly update post. I continue to heal and learn as the days go by. I realized this week that I've been just existing for about the last 6 years; maybe longer. Very much so just existing for the last 3 years. Most of my time has been spent in my bedroom. I sleep 8 hours or so and then I have a chair in the same room that I have been spending many hours a day in. Not a very good life situation.

    I have ventured outside quite a bit this last week. I have been working on cleaning up the yard and around the property. I'm cleaning up downed trees, chopping some brush, and doing some weed eating. The neighbors probably wonder what is wrong with me. Fortunately, I live in a remote area with not many people around. There are plenty of messy properties. This was not so of me until recent years. I must say that I have enjoyed the work I have done and look forward to doing more.

    I'm not too motivated by big money these days. We do not make near the money we once did but we have everything we need. It may sound strange but it feels like we have more than we ever did. The trips and experiences my wife and I have are simple but very fulfilling. It seems like I am on the road to learning a new way to live. I'm learning to embrace and enjoy simple. We will see what the days ahead bring!

    I have been doing good, the last days.

    I had a few times the temptation to look at nudes out of the blue. I was on work duty for six days, which was good and kept me focused. I don't know where this came from, but I decided not to go back to my old habits.

    I slipped a few days ago. I had been doing well, but had a day where lust filled me and I let myself go on the computer. I need to avoid the computer on days I am struggling to control mental lust.

    Whats up brothers

    me and my gf are getting into a new rhythm, meditating together 3 times per week in the morning.

    Our relationship is getting more intimate and kind. I was away for a few days coming back we made love after a while and it felt very natural and good.

    I am not seeking or craving as I try to meditate all day and many times.

    I do struggle at times to stay Present especially during my work.

    Food has been reduced to one meal per day and it helps a lot with state and productivity.

    My wife left two days ago. I’m trying to stay in my zone of self-care: exercise, connecting with my wife while she travels, sleeping whenever I want, not staying up too late, meditating, acknowledging and re-directing my lustful thoughts.

    Hello, I'm checking in here.

    I failed 4 days ago and 14 days ago. I think if I can get many things (good habits) in order and consistent, I can make much better progress. One of the major good habits is the gym and exercise. I haven't been keeping up with that. My main friend I went with a few years ago has been out due to a health issue. I am very motivated by other people, especially with the gym and exercise. I'm trying to get a better and consistent routine without my friend but it's been more difficult to stay consistent. I think for me weight lifting and exercise is the biggest factor to make it easier to not fall into pmo in a weak or careless moment.
