Extra kick in the ass: 3 x 10 day "Marches in March" Challenge. Do it

    A series of three 10 day milestone challenges starting 1st of March. A Step-by-step approach to building and keeping momentum. Flavours: NoPM or NoPMO (Hardmode). Sign up for any other official March challenges also (recommended).

    Milestone 1: Thursday, 10th
    Milestone 2: Sunday, 20th
    Milestone 3: Wednesday, 30th


    Optional Milestone 4: Juuuust ONE more day after that and you complete a whole month. Hooray!

    Whose with me?

    PS: Pro mode: Add one, two or three (max) additional items to supplement your NoFAP challenge, such as:
    • Cold showers
    • Approach at least one new stranger everyday (at least a 10 seconds conversation)
    • Exercise/run/situps daily (pre-plan for rest days)
    • No Sugar/Salt/White flour products
    • Meditate
    • Bed before 9/10pm, up at 5/6am (pre-plan exceptions, eg. weekends)
    • Drink 2 litres of water daily
    • No Coffee, alcohol, and/or cigarettes
    • Read daily
    • Practice a skill
    • A S.M.A.R.T goal (google it)
    • ...or suggest more below.

    Pro Mode for me, plan on taking up a new workout routine as well.

    Nice! I'm definitely going to be fine for at least 10-20 days as i dont have any urges to pmo anymore. Gonna try pro mode too as i already kinda enjoy cold showers and exercising.

    Ladies and Gents,

    Milestone 1 is upon us and congrats to those who have hung in so far! If not so what.. Let's reflect on what has happened to far and look towards Milestone 2 on the 20th! It's a new beginning so recommit and hang in there!

    @aspirant Excellent! How are you feeling mentally and physically at this point? Would anyone else like to share?

    For me, it was tough 10 days but I'm recommitting to the cause with the following:
    • Bed before 9:30pm, up at 5:45am under normal circumstances
    Then
    • Exercise: Getting back into my Running + strength training routine

    @IamMike It feels good. I still go through some mood swings. Physically I feel less drained and less lethargic, but still a long way to go. One thing that I cherish during this time is Being able to assert my willpower and stay on course. and would like to bring the same willpower to use in other aspects of my life as well. Have started meditating for a few mins, plan to extend it for a bit longer. Hope everyone is doing fine as well.

    Doing fine too. I think i've reached the point where I ignore the fact that porn exists.
    I don't feel any superpowers anymore though... But maybe i've gotten used to them cause im definitely more confident than before if i think about it:)
