It's ok, man. I got to compete again this past Sunday, and I made it 2nd place in form and 1st place in combat. I made a lot of improvements there this time.

thats right dude thats what its about your improving its and 1st place in combat shessh that's awesome probably felt great to be honest. But ive never done taekwondo so its interesting that they watch your form when your going against somebody.

look dont beat yourself up be proud where you got to 69 days dude that's awesome you learn from it and go from there its a marathon not a race.

forgot to mention for what helped not sure if your are religious or not but honestly God helped me asking Jesus to help me overcome my addiction to P was the thing that got me through it, dude. I would recommend if you have it try it out
