I've made terrible choices. This relapse was waiting to happen. I wasn't making the changes necessary to stay clean.

I guess I can relate.

I've turned my back on what I knew is right. That's what hurts the most. Spiritual transgressions. For as much as it hurts my mind and body, the damage to one's spirit is the worst. I need to change inside and then will I be helped in my spiritual path.

True reform starts in our own heart and mind. Repentance and reform are the only answers.

Great sentiments. My spirit is damaged by PMO. My past actions still haunt me but getting closer to God and going one day further without PMO everyday, is helping.

Sometimes same feeling creeps me.
