Something I really hate about fapping is how it plays around your mind. Whenever I try to quit it I will always have urges after 2 weeks to watch it badly. And once I relapse, I kinda lose most of my confidence. I really want to get it out of my life!
Yes, mate. It indeed plays around our minds. It will manufacture reasons for watching p like no harm in watching just for 15 mins and then we definitely end up watching way more than that. It has a bag of tricks. Be aware of that. I wish u all the luck, mate.
