@JonaPeter today I've read for Like 2 hours today, something like 50 pages. My addiction isn't that severe. My objective today Is to read more 50 pages. The problem is the post relapse void that always bring me on a spiral of relapses and I need sometime to get back, and now I'm really back.

I'm having a hard time understanding you.

1. Can you elaborate on what you mean by a "post relapse void"?
2. You said that you "need sometime to get back", but right after that you said "and now I'm really back." Both of these are in the present tense, so I can only assume that you meant to say "and I needed sometime to get back". Am I right?

-Post relapse void: ''Void'' mean that after I've relapse one single time, I get a chaser effect that make me fall again and again and this is what I call ''Relapse void'', a spiral of consecutive relapses of PMO.
-I needed sometime to get back on the streak due to the ''Relapse void'' that make me relapse over and over again

(For example I needed 2 weeks of relapses -not consecutive- to get back on the right tracks).

Sorry if I say this but you need to be more intuitive and less analytical if you want to understand.
