@IWantToBreakFree123 well i did make some progress but... i had to accept some anger and frustration and sadness. but the focus i gained helped me forget these feelings.
That's wonderful you make progress! I am aware it's very difficult, but you are handling it, this shows your strength. You are working on yourself and that's great, never give up brother, never.
