    Hello community
So I'm in this nofap thing for 1.5 years now and in the last year, I masturbated once. I am way over the point of counting days and feeling like this is a struggle anymore anyhow.

Since I stopped masturbation and porn, I am struggling with high frequent Wet dreams.
Please, don't tell me how wet dreams be part of the process and healthy and a good sign and stuff. I feel like shit everytime they appear. My body looks dry, worn out, I feel like not being able to maintain focus or concentrate and I am more anxious. I feel nervous through the day.
This crap feeling luckily last only the day after the night I had the wet dream. But still, I kinda loose this day
This happens 2-3 times a week.
Sometimes I have them multiple times a night. Sometimes I can go a full week without.
My dreams aren't long lasting sex scenes it's more like a few seconds where I have this strong sensation about a women and then it happens. One time I literally wet my pants because I dreamed of typing a pornstars name into a browser. No kidding, my brain just formed that browser window and letters. I got the same very intense sensation and it happened.
Sometimes I get concious about it and wake up and can stop losing semen by hitting my pc muscle hard, sometimes I just sleep through it and remember it when I wake up and see my pants.
I tried sleeping with and without boxers but still.
The wet dream doesn't feel like I am losing big tension but an intense pulsing out my urthera.

I am kinda frustrated and I am looking for some advice. I am not confident in going to a doctor since masturbation and wet dreams are considered to be perfect healthy.

    ANY advice???

  2. I don't know why you would still be experiencing these blighters so frequently.

So the only thing for it, if you want to at least try to solve the problem, might be to ask a doctor or even a sleep therapist. The fact that wet dreams are healthy or normal is irrelevant.
Or maybe you could try meditation or something before bed????

    Or get married? ; ) ; ) ; )

If you 'look at' (eye grope) women, fantasize, or anything like that, that would be a major contributing factor, but by the sound of things, I would guess you don't do any of that. This could just be a phase, or it could be worth talking to your doctor, or a sleep therapist, like rubidum said. They may not take you seriously, but maybe they will.
Sleeping on your side or back (back is better) may also help. I find I have less wet dreams when I don't have to pee, so you could try to limit your water intake to no more than one glass after eight o'clock. You don't want to dehydrate yourself, but filling the tank right before bed might be counterproductive. Staring at any kind of screen before bed will make your sleep less restful, and may also contribute. Try reading a book instead of watching tv for an hour before bed.
While you're searching for the solution, it may also be helpful to get some men's daily vitamins or dietary supplements to help replace what your body loses through wet dreams. That might help you with the following day if you take them regularly.
I hope some of this helps.

    Captain,

I know I hear plenty that say wet dreams are not a relapse or reboot, which may be the case..
But when I have one I always feel bad too. I think it may be somewhat of a chemical thing, having released all the hormones the same as purposefully ejaculation.

Regardless, one thing I have done that has completely eliminated wet dreams for me..
I sleep naked, and on my side. I always put a pillow next to me (single) and drape the blanket over it so I ensure that nothing touches my doodad. This is what's important. Make sure nothing is touching your shlong whatsoever.. no underwear, no blankets, nothing. I used to have wet dreams every few days, but since I've slept like this, they haven't happened once. I can't remember where I read about this, but it does work for me.

Give it a try man, it might help you.

You might also try wearing briefs. Same concept as L-Inc is talking about, but instead of eliminating contact, you eliminate brushing against boxers or sheets as you sleep.

Since I posted this I slept naked becauae i read it somewhere and nothing happened - 1.5 weeks now. That's the longest since a long time. I did have sexual dreams without wetting my bed. It seems to really make a difference.

I call bullshit on "natural release that is needed". Semen is high valuable and it is the essence of the male body. Keeping it makes you physical strong and mentally clear.

If i meet a girl i really care about building a relation to it is a nice add on to have the pleasure of sex. Besides that my life is full of richness and I enjoy myself around girls alot.
