One thing I've realized is that in order to make a lasting change we need to make major and huge changes. I'm starting a habit of daily jogging. also I'll learn swimming. What about you?

I agree. I started climbing and iaido (kendo but for nerds haha) and I think it helped me a lot. Still a long way to go but today is my 17th day and it's the furthest I ever got.
Don't knock it 17 days is a long time for someone who is additcted. I think this is my 14th and counting
