I've been on NoFap sub-reddit for over a year now, never got the courage to post something though, i've gotten a max streak of 34 days and now I'm on the 3rd day and I'm not willing to give up that easily again. Anyways, my name is Nikita, I'm 18 y/o and I'm from Russia (currently living in Portugal) hope you guys accept me as I'am and give me the strength to keep on path to reboot.

I don't have a favorite reboot report, I'm sorry; but if you follow the link at the end of this comment, it takes you to my journal, so you can read all you want there. As far as a post about "Dopamine raises," I'm not sure what you mean by that. But I think if you go to yourbrainonporn.com, there's lots there about dopamine and how it works. Does this help?
