  1. Hello everyone,
I decide to join today after a huge urge yesterday night.
I discovered NoFap at the beginning of November, while searching for Erectile Dysfunction information. I was starting a new relationship and I couldn't get a full (if any) erection. I first thought it was the pressure of being with a girl since it has been 3 years since the last time, but I quickly realized it was not. I am 26, health is perfect, but I guess that 3 years of PMO (I mean of 'only' PMO, with no interaction with girls, but the PMO started for 10/12 years ago...) did damaged my brain and the way my body feels about sex.
I stopped fapping on November 12th. It felt quite easy at the beginning, as I had sex (with difficulty) several times a week. But we had to end the relationship (travelling matter, I work abroad) and now it has been 2 weeks since last ejaculation. I guess I am feeling the first effects with a slight delay due to that...
I had a few weak urges last week, but it was during the day so I just got busy to make it pass. It stroke me yesterday night, while trying to sleep. I peeked at the sex subreddit and just couldnt drop my phone. No porno, no masturbation, but I was really close...
I really thought at first that it would be easy, but now I feel the need to share the experience with you and, I guess, have support for the rest of the journey !
Cheers & good luck to all
    Shish

PS: I really believe it brings good results. I had less problem holding an erection at the very end of the relationship (the 2-3 last times) whereas I wasnt even able to get one at the very beginning.
