Hello, like to ask how I go about this, i know about my problem done a lot of research last couple of days, and its hit me hard, explains so much about my past BIG wake up call!! but looks like im not alone anymore.. Speak more on that later, just like to know how to get started on nofap? i mean do i pay? what do i pay for? don't get me wrong, no problem with paying ,just want to know how I go about it? want to reboot..

I highly recommend that you read Alexander's awesome introductory post here: http://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/newbies-list-of-rebooting-resources.50878/ 2. Go watch this documentary called 'Your Brain on Porn' - --> it will open your eyes to the causes of what makes porn so addictive and thus potentially damaging when taken too far. 3. Post more often when you feel urges! Get a tracking bar once you get a few likes and posted a few stuff. Encourage other newbies. No one is a warrior alone. Stay strong. It will be worth in the end!!!
