There are no words to describe the pain I am going through right now. Everything started by watching some videos on YouTube and ended in visiting 2 escorts and watching porn 2 times. I feel that all my energy, confidence is gone. To be honest I am close to suicidal state, where I can't see a path out of this addiction always falling back. I am so sad I want to cry, shout, hurt myself and I don't feel the desire to live another day... ahhhh why did it happened? What the duck is this addiction? Sometimes I am waiting to wake up but it is not a dream, I truly relapsed:((((((((((((((((((((((

First off good job on abstaining for 222 days! I have never reached that amount and that’s my goal! Second yes you did PMO, BUT this does not take away your progress you made in 222 days even if you feel it does because it’s amazing how you stayed away for that long! Just don’t go looking for more porn or anything right now and take a cold shower if you haven’t already and meditate to clear your mind my friend! Everything will be alright and KEEP MOVING FORWARD DONT STOP!

Do you lose all your muscles if you don't go to gym for one day???
Man 222 days is a great achievement!
And even if you relapsed once then also you have 221 days with you when you didn't watch porn. You still have the benefits. Believe me. If you decide to stand up and get back on the path right now, you're not a looser. And if you accepted your defeat then you're the weakest piece of shit on the planet. It's all about the mindset man!
Stand up, let's do it together.

Hey, you have already done an extraordinary job by being abstinent for such a longer time. You know accidents occur in everybody's life. Mishaps may happen quite often. Take this event as an unavoidable mishap. Your 222-day long recovery is far powerful to compensate for this one crappy event. So, I feel like you have lost nothing; it was just a slip or bad accident which does not destroy your positivity and recovery process.
What you have to perceive is that you are still under recovery journey no matter what. There is no break. That event was not a break; it was just an unavoidable accident. And, we can never avoid accident. It is not under our control. So, let it be and continue ahead.
Good luck. May GOD bless you.
