Few questions

    Hey guys.
    I just have a couple of questions, I'm on day 30 of Nofap.

    Is it okay for me to follow those Instagram pages of those fit girls? I gym myself and dating a girl who also lifts is my major goal, so I'm wondering if that is breaking a part of the rules of Nofap

    I always fantasize before I sleep, but I don't edge, or even touch my friend down there at all. I was wonder if it's necessary to combat this and how to, it's hard for me to distract myself when I'm already in bed ready to sleep. I believe this is because before Nofap I would normally blow a load before I'd sleep

    Also, is stopping fantasizing a key step of Nofap, or is it okay?

    First - congrats on 30 days!!!

    And, there are no rules. That said, my strong recommendation is to stay away from all digital stimulation. Most likely it will stimulate the same brain patterns as PMO. One of the effects of a porn addiction is that we develop greater sensitivity to the triggers for PMO. That means that looking at images of fit girls, even if it is the girl you are dating, will stimulate those brain patterns.

    I would also stay away from fantasizing. That may take a bit more as, for the most part, it's harder to control our thoughts. Try reading something that doesn't include sex scenes as the last thing you do at night.
