    This Is my second Day of NoFap..I am 2 years strugling with anxiety disorder and panic attac..I watched video of porn experiment.. And have hope, because Last 10 years I was hard porn addict.
    I fapped 5 times A Day....My gol Is.90 days of NoFap...i am on my second.Day finishing....

    This is day one for me, I watched the porn experiment kind of by
    accident then ended up here. Been into porn most of my life, tried to give it up many times in the past with out any luck. Hope this time it will be different, going for 90 days 1 day at a time
