1 Day completed. Seems like I'm getting out of the cycles. Feeling like it is possible again. I'll forgive myself for failing on day 23 and let's try better this time. Looking forward to that 180 days. But the plan is to focus on today! NOT 180 DAYS! YOU HAVE TO WIN EVERY SINGLE DAY!

Day 10 A strong day. Spent the morning with friends over breakfast, then worked in the afternoon. I’ve just come back from seeing Dune: Part II, would highly recommend - great film. I’m realising that lust must be managed. Temptation nearly always requires a response, but this must be channeled through disciple - exercise and company are a good ally.
2 days completed! I'm getting happier and all my negative thoughts and depression is slightly fading away. I've noticed it and I'm sure I'll be recovered very soon.
Day 1 in the books (again!) I’ve always had trouble binging after a relapse. I wasn’t on the ball and went down a bit of a hole. Back to square one. But now there’s nowhere to go but up. To Mordor! Congratulations on 2 months mate. Keep it up and stay alert!
