you're just listing off symptoms everyone on here is going through, they just don’t complain as much as you do.

Fortunately, i don’t have kids or a partner to think about too as i barely have enough in the tank to get through work each day. I cant imagine trying to do this while juggling other responsibilities. Its your choice to just sit at home and wallow in self pity but don’t pretend like its harder than actually doing something. I think you have it the easiest out of the lot of us. I cherish the days off so i can get some rest before pushing through another week of work.

paws is not hard on its own. Its dealing with everyday life that makes it difficult and honestly all the others on this thread i have great respect for. You can go on belittling everyone else at your own leisure but all you are doing is pushing others away.

I used to have nightmares that I was scared to fall back asleep. Sometimes I got the same nightmares in one night after waking up.
Just last night I have had one. And they vivid as well.
For insomnia, it's been 2 weeks straight I've been having them.
The last time I've been insomniac this long was in July (about 6 days in a row).
The reason is because I've relapsing recently. I knew it was bound to happen.

@Experiment1996 I would like to ask you some questions if you don't mind..
    1) Do you fantasize?
    2) do you lustfully look at women?
    3) do you chat with any women with lustfull intend?
    4) do you listen or talk anything stimulating?
    5) what do you call healing? Getting your sexual powers back. Or having mental peace?
These may sound petty to you. But it would be great if you kindly answer me these questions?

Guys living a good life and lifestyle is crucial in paws. It may seem like nothing changed but it does reduce some of those annoying symptoms. I would completely rid Pop/soda, fizzy drinks, unhealthy foods (fried and oily), and alcohol. Anything that gives you a kick is bad and you shouldn't do it. Also live a relaxed life but don't do other addictive things like addictive games or activities. Find something to fill your time and something progressive, something that at the end of paws you can say wow I worked on this a lot and I see the results. Good luck!

Haha yeah.I only mentioned in passing that I am the worst case. Then someone made fun of it and I just wanted to prove it. Suddenly there was a "riot"..

I don't think you have a choice either way...
You have to choose between two things:

A/ Stay the hell away from PMO for the rest of your life.

B/ Get back to the Old Habit for the rest of your life.

It's really one choice you are going to make for the rest of your life.

Even if you don't see results now, will you not see them 4 Years, 6 Years, 10 Years...? I don't think so, someday you'll be healed if you are stubborn enough to succeed!

What do you suggest we do ?
I'm think on doing a small celebration here for the person who finally made it. He'll be regarded as a legend in the eyes of those who seek recovery!

    Ok to make it short:

    Education, Knowledge,
2 main components to a succesful rebooting with at the end no more paws.

Those are a couple of things to do while even during paws. Yes my paws is insane although i got the best weeks ever during day 30-46. Now its a turnover. But when paws settles in i do relax. when i feel like the momentum to do the good things i do. I dont focus on perfectionism, rather then better myself everytime even with the worst of the worst.

What helped me is: education on rebooting forums, researching about everything particularly to help yourself. Dont just wait. Even if we do all the good things paws is here and we experience it but on the longer term paws is gone. Boom, forever. Simply because we did put effort during horrific paws and with the right mindset and approach you get out of it. I faced countless of time that i maintained my paws well. Knowningly that i have seen about the forums etc so based on that i know how to handle instead of panicking. I faced countless of times i ease paws when they hit hard mentally not merely on sheer will power but the technique is working well.

First thing is acceptance. Then maintaining paws the best as the best. I had the worst anhedonia for few days ever and i still went outside cycling. But when i have anxiety i just calm myself down in bed. After that i stand up and dust myself off eating well some stretching and do what is remained i should do during the day.

Its normal but depression or anhedonia i still do what should be done i dont lie in bed. But one thing dont push yourself if you have flatline or axienty random just ease off maintain it and its fast gone. After that i wont come back. But with depression or low energy i did pushed me because i knew it will bring more better things then just lie in bed like a potato sack.

I hope i helped you abit to shred some positivity and light that you can do everything what it takes just start with journalizing and acceptance:)

I think there is nothing that is going to boost recovery. Absolutely nothing. It's gonna take what it's gonna take for complete recovery. We can leave it at one side. But I think we should not wait for full recovery and do nothing in life. We should do whatever is doable by us. We should push ourselves. We maynot want to exercise, we may not want to work, we may not want to meditate, we maynot want to clean ourselves but we still should do those things. At least we can have a solid foundation when we are recovered.
