There are different programs to do it k9 is one of them. But you can't rely just on the porn blocker if you really want you can still get around it. That is also where the key to helping you is. It is a choice to look up porn, urges are bad but they aren't here to stay. You can do it alone on just will power but how to learn how to survive urges. The main reason I get them is because I feel discomfort of some kind and I want to escape that feeling. Discomfort is just a part of life and I have to learn to live with it and not escape it. Don't try to escape urges learn why you have them, or what you triggers are. Then, figure out how to overcome them. Some will be to big to overcome so you will need to get up from where you are and do something different.

 

There are some of them that will do random passwords and you can set it to send you the password in a certain length of time. But discipline is the main way to get through this. You have to learn to overcome them or you will find other ways to watch porn. Read other threads and learn as much as you can. Right now you have still given yourself the option of watching porn. You may not want to watch porn but you haven't yet truly chosen to not watch porn anymore.

 

You can get a friend to set the password for you

 

I can only think of one because I don't use any but I have heard good things about it. @chris4nj has a point, get a friend of accountability partner to set a password for you. K9 is the program that is supposed to be good.

Porn blocker will help to prevent you going on porn/ p subs accidentally but the real key is to build your own porn blocker using your mind and resolve. Learn about the harmful effects of porn on society and go Hardmode. thats what I intend on doing
