I did not journal about it because I stopped using the internet for about a year during my main reboot 7 ot 8 years ago, but I also flatlined for a solid 60 days or so. No energy, lacked motivation, my penis was lifeless. I pushed through with exercise mainly. I was in my mid thirties at that time and fortunately did not find internet porn until I was about 24 years old, so probably not as much impact on my brain as some of you younger guys.
