    Hey everyone,
So I'm on day 6 of my first try of no PMO (not sure what my tracker says because I'm on mobile and I can't see it). Today was just an off day. Couldn't sleep last might so I woke up late and had to my workout to the afternoon. I've had a terrible headache for about 5 hours now and I've already taken ibuprofen. This headache is just not going away. Has anyone experienced anything similar to this when you started no PMO? Thanks for any advice.

Withdrawal symptoms often kick in around where you are in your reboot. Headaches and insomnia are common withdrawal symptoms. Don't let that be an excuse to derail you though. Stay the course and these symptoms will pass. You're doing the right things to manage the symptoms and staying active will help you sleep at night. It sucks but think of it as a sign of progress towards your end goal. You're healing ;)

I get headaches on day 2 never mind day 6 I can never make it past 3 days before I start getting abit socially anxious and feeling weird and strangely enough thats not in my nature to be that way. It is just withdrawals. Make sure you drink enough water sometimes that can give you a headache also.

Thanks for the tips! I went to a church function and met alot of new people which was alot of fun and kept my kind off of things. All of the sudden my headache was gone. It's funny you mention insomnia fighter834, I've been having trouble sleeping the past couple of nights and I never thought to link it to withdrawal but it makes total sense. Cheers to more healing!
