I'm a new Fapstronaut user. I'm an 18 italian boy, but i'm trying to write correctly, excuse me if I'm wrong . My challenge will be NoFap for 365 days. I tried to stop too often and my record was 7 days. Now i'm determined to win. Today, 24/9/2015 , i don't fap since 11 days, oh yeah! Thank you all! See you!
Bonacera 'Italian Guy'. Welcome aboard. Here you will find plenty of encouragement and information on how to combat your tendencies. Not sure how much exposure you have had to porn, but the decision to stop at your young age is a wise one. You have your entire life ahead of you to live 'fully', not enslaved to this. Begin with stopping/blocking any and all access to porn, via your smartphone/computer, etc. This includes videos, pictures, anything that triggers your desire to Fap. Word of advice. This could very well become a lifelong goal for you, therefore set objectives for yourself that are realistic. An objective/milestone of 365 days is too far out in the future. 11 days is a great accomplishment. Keep it going, one day at a time. I recommend you break your 365 day goal down into smaller and more realistic ones. You will find members like me who have setup goals/milestones of 30/40/60/90 days, etc. Overtime you will become stronger and ultimately you will stop counting (again, over time). You have youth on your side because you are only 18 years old. I commend you for your decision to stop the 'enslaving' and 'destructive' behavior now. Live a full life my young friend.
Thank you so much for having responded me. You are right, maybe i should do first 30 days NoFap that i will do, but i thought: if i reach at 30 days i can fall into the temptation and lose all . Final question : it's normal that at 10/11 days i lose lust of fap? The 6/7 days was been very terrible ,it was so hard!!
Not at all. Set your milestone at, say 90 days Like I have for example. Hard enough that you always push yourself to have to stretch to reach your goal. As you approach it, extend it. It should never end because you are right, you can become comfortable and complacent, "I did it" and possibly relapse. You do not want that. You want to stay in the mindset that the fight does not end. That will eventually make you stronger. No one here will tell you that this battle is easy, ever. Not the case. It is a hard battle, and why you need to approach it one day at a time. Focus on today only, then worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. It is hard, but you can do it. Again, you need to remove all access, so that when you feel like going back, you can't. Burn those bridges that connect you back to porn and Fap. That is the first step. Hey guys day five for me! Yes Italian guy it is normal to have fatigue! It's part of the withdrawal symptoms. Your energy should pick back up after the challenge. Stick with it!

Day 5 for me I feel great this is so easy for me to go a week and even two and even three weeks without doing, but I will kick this HABIT out of my life and not even think about it anymore.
You'll do good! Just as long as you fill the empty void of your PMO addiction with something you like to do. For me, that was going fishing more often, working out and eating right on a regular basis. You understand? ~Squeaky Soul
PMO is your drug to hide away difficult feelings and handle problems. You will need to learn to handle problems in a mature way, otherwise after 30 days you are back to the beginning. good luck

NOOOOOOOOO I FAIL AT 19TH DAY! I'M SO ANGRY. these days my desire is gone , but I felt inside me a pain . now suddenly the pain is gone and I was very excited . Unfortunately it was a change too fast and I failed. I believed until the end, but inside me something happened suddenly . I start again , but this face I know what awaits me and I'll be more careful
