I finished reading a book in one day and its kind of sad that I probably won't read it again, its also kind of sad how fast things are moving forwards especially when on nofap. I'm looking to eliminate TV use, just knowing that I'm making g such huge changes to my life is quite a sobering and somber experience.
Im also thinking about not watching tv or using the internet for the next 2 weeks. Its a way to get my ass out the house and tackle my social anxiety phobias. Experiment, who knows what'll happen
I am all for the getting rid of the tellie. Nothing comes from it I have found. I probably consumed some 200-300 commercials yesterday because I was totally lacking the will or motivation to do anything else (like read a book) and instead binged on day time crap. Makes you feel real small.
