I see a lot of talk on these boards about "avoiding relapse". It's almost as if some people are posting on nofap while they sit at their computer hoping to "white-knuckle" it and not relapse. In my experience (and I've failed A LOT) this almost never works. It's time to get off the computer and go and do other things. If you still feel the need to come back to the Internet, just come to this thread and tell us what you did today instead of PMO. I just got back from a yoga class and I feel GREAT. I have been getting up early to do some exercise by the beach and watch the sunrise! Reading Mastery by Robert Greene.
I read a novel yesterday and now I'm currently reading Luis Suarez autobiography, played a but of video games now to exercise and read some more later
Nothing.. as always. :/ I really need to find a hobby, in the summer vacation I used to play videogames a lot, I hit 120 hours of gameplay in 2 weeks once, but the avarage hrs/2weeks is 70hours/2weeks,I know it's not something to be proud of but I'm not having problems with it though but since school started 3 weeks ago my parents "banned" me using my laptop to focus on school (They've been doing this since I was in 1st grade, I'm glad this is my last year of school ), I'm allowed to use it on weekends though. So I spend my time doing almost nothing the entire day (except for doing my homework and all that), everyday until the weekend starts. So school days are a massive trigger for me, but I got to stay strong.
