Trying Nofap as a way to improve my life

Hi everyone, this is Carl from Mumbai, India. I am 30 years old. I have been in a relationship with my girlfriend for close to 8 years now. However, since the past 3-4 years I have observed that my physical relationship with my girlfriend has taken a beating due to my porn and masturbation addiction.
I find masturbating to porn to be more stimulating than having real sex with my gf which is kinda disturbing for me. To add to this, I keep getting distracted with thoughts of sex whenever I see other good looking girls, more than when I see my gf. I know that staying away from porn will still be possible with some effort, but I'm already sweating thinking about not masturbating at all, as off late I have been masturbating 1-2 times a day.
