    Hi I'm new NoFap start watching p at age of 13 I knew it was bad because I play sports it mess your brain up and I need help right now I'm 14 right now I'm trying to get myself into gym too work out for sports any athetle out there help me

    I am also not an athlete. Only a fanatic longboarder and windsurfer. And am also getting into the gym too to get in shape.
