Music current generation doesn't listen to

I once heard an older hippie say that this song brings tears to his eyes and reminds him of his first LSD and DMT breakthroughs and how they changed the way he saw life, drugs are not safe mmmkay plus losing your mind is never okay, but I do admire an open mind and greater awareness of reality and religious or spiritual awakenings, intoxication aside...

YES, I am not a hippie anymore nor do I go on 'trips' to alternate places of being, but this new Ozric Tentacles release has me giddy like a kid in a candy shop. The album may have came out last month but the current generation probably doesn't even know who these auditory wizards and magi of sound are (btw I am 29, probably one generation past what is considered 'current')

I just discovered a new side of myself I actually seem to really enjoy folk music. Where I mostly listen to EDM rock and other genres. But wow folk is so pure it just hits me never knew there was such awesome music. Started out with of monsters and men then daughter and now I found fleet foxes. I am actually starting to learn to play their songs on guitar. This is one of my favourites

 

I have to disagree with the title of your post because I am from the "current generation".
But enjoy this piece of music anyway, it's about standing up to society.
Listen to the lyrics to enjoy it at its fullest.
