So I’m learning German and I clicked on this video and I was staring at her boobs for a couple of seconds I didn’t feel any rush of dopamine. Is this a relapse? I know it’s a silly question but I’d still love your opinions.
IMO no. You looked at some boobs for a few seconds. The main thing is you are aware of your behaviour. Boobs are attractive, it’s natural for them to catch your eye. Just don’t go looking for it.
@Fabian7 : Addiction runs on "all or nothing" mentality, we are fooled by inner addict to think that we are either 100% sober or 100% dirty and acting out. Be aware of this trap, and know that the aim in recovery is progress and not perfection. So if you mistakenly stared at boobs or anything else that is sexual in nature, as long as you didn't go nine yards and indulge in it then you have not relapsed. So keep your streak!
