Does Anyone Else Have These Dreams?

I have dreams like that all the time, man.

I think they're normal in this recovery and I also think, that they are a good sign.

Are they nightmares or pleasant dreams? Because when I see a dream like that, it's a nightmare.

 

I've had that same exact dream more than once .

I think it might be because not fapping is causing us stress so our bodies are trying to relieve that stress in our sleep through dreams .

But no matter what the cause is , stay strong , it can be one of the hardest thing to keep yourself from relapsing after having such dreams , especially when they're wet dreams , but from experience , the urges will just fade away after a while .

Also try not to be too stressed about relapsing . Without letting your guard down.

Ha! I had a dream like that this night. I dreamed that i was watching porn again & browsing "certain tube platforms" for my favorite porn stars to catch up on new material... can't remember if was also mastrubating. This was my second dream of that sort. I also take it as sign of progress that the temptation to watch porn is retreating into the real of dreams. However not to MO is still very challenging.

I had a dream last night I was in bed with 3 girls, one after the other, so real...

I ended up finishing with one girl, not going to get to explicit for arousal reasons, but then I continued to savagely go to the next two, not sure what happened. But I swear I had an Orgasm but my briefs weren't stained or wet. So it must of been orgasmic dream without the ejaculation?

I'm not planning on breaking my streak. Like that TED video, Its either girls are noticing me more on the street, or I'm noticing them noticing me. No effort required. I'm starting to think it might have to do with pheromones.

I'm on a 10 day streak, after trying No PMO since august and broke a few times for a day, and binged as well.

But either way I'm going for 90 days Hard Mode.

Yeah all the time, and these sometimes end in wet dreams, the good wet dreams are when I'm having sex.

I also notice when I had my first wet dream a couple of years ago I would wake almost immediately and run to the bathroom, almost like you dreaming of wetting the bed and you don't want to soak the sheets.

Now strangely, my subconscious, finishes the wet dream and the enjoyment of it. And I lie on my side while it dries up, the semen only leaks onto my boxers and not onto the sheets.

If you've experienced regular sex and what not I'm guessing your wet dreams will take on a more natural form, its this porn addiction and fuels our subconscious.

It is no surprise most guys have wet dreams to porn. The longer you go without porn I've noticed your wet dreams start to take a turn to imagining real life girl/sex.

When I was quitting smoking I would dream that I smoked and get pissed off.
Last week I had a looking at porn dream.
I think that it's all part of letting go of a habit. We have to Trust our waking mind.
If you have any guilt about wet dreams, this may be a very difficult achievement.

 

I had this exact same experience two nights ago. I'd say I was 20% triggered after it and 80% relieved that it was only a dream. The trigger faded away after a while. I'd definitely consider them nightmares!

Thinking positive - as others have said - I think this is a physical sign of the recovery process, so I'm glad I have them from time to time.

 

I listen to a hypnosis audio every night that is suppose to help improve your life for the better, in a spiritual way. But it does help me lucid dream. Does that make me a hardcore lucid dreamer? Because almost every night is an intense lucid dream that I am so happy to wake up from. Last night for the first time I got a dream that I was at a party with females, and males. I don't know, for some reason is was very negative and these people didn't like me. That feeling of rejection in my dream automatically led me to looking at porn. But a strange thing happened I did feel guilty about doing it. It was extremely vivid, I felt the guilt as I started to rub it out in my dream. After 10-20 seconds, in my dream I said to myself I've been staying away from this for a reason, I'm going to have to start all over again. And I closed the webpage on my phone in the dream. I later met people in the dream, that almost was a nightmare. I woke up questioning If I actually looked at porn or If it was a dream. I realized it was a dream and felt relieved. I'm not doing a reset because Its not like I planned for that dream.

Thought I would share, I really want these dreams to diminish.

Awesome group of nofappers in this post with some amazing streaks. Keep it up. It seems like after 4 weeks the mind games are some of the hardest to overcome.
I had a dream a few weeks ago that I had the perfect opportunity to PMO and I stopped and thought about it and decided IN MY DREAM it was not worth it. I woke up feeling so proud of myself. But there have been other not so proud dreams. Just let your subconscience mind purge itself of any and all of the addiction characteristics it has. When you have a naughty dream try hard not to dwell on it but as you all know not thinking about it doesn't necessarily make the urges or "want" feeling go away. Turn to someone, talk w them about it. For me it's prayer. Post it on here but I think the best way is to personally talk to someone. My wife found out about my lifelong addiction I had hid from her and she's been the biggest support. Go to the ones you love you might be surprised.
