Day 9, had a severe car crash on Friday whilst I was on holiday, I was on a quad bike and was thrown in the air and smacked my back on the road. Thankfully I wore a helmet because if not I would have died. Have some fractured ribs but could have been a lot worse! This near death experience changed my outlook on life. God gave me another chance and it changed my life. I will conquer evil and become a catalyst for good.

I have really terrible news to share this weekend.

(No, I did NOT relapse to PMO)

I got to compete yesterday at the brazilian jiu-jitsu tournament, but sadly it didn't end well for me. I got my left shoulder accidentally dislocated as soon as the match started, the guy tackled me to the mat really hard (which I expected to happen) and there it had to stop. I was taken to the hospital after the tournament and the doctors attended me shortly and told them what happened. I got an x-ray done, they gave me two injections and they were abled to relocate my left shoulder slowly without any problem. And so, I got to wear a sling on my arm and I have to keep it on for up to 6 weeks or more.

And as for the taekwon-do test that was supposed to be today to reach the 3rd degree black belt rank, they had to delay it for me until I can recover from my left shoulder injury. So, thankfully my coach and master told me that I won't have to miss the test.

So, I'm gonna be out of action for a while and be on the road to recovery. I'll be doing my best to remain positive. No room for any negative shit.
