It's been a minute. Apologies for the MIA so far in March, i've had a lot of things to reflect on. I'm back now though. I'll be check in once every 2 weeks top.

Furthermore, I'll have a new side challenge set up coming for April!

Lean into your preparation brother, focus and visualize all the efforts you've put in all these years.

As far as feeling uncomfortable being around a lot of people in the exam, there is one way to prepare your mind for this. Exposure, go in the city and do a practice test in a coffee shop. Then go in the biggest public library and do another practice test. Keep doing practice tests/studying multiple times in more "crowded" areas, this will prepare you to face that part of the challenging.

You have awareness , you said it yourself, your desire for control is sabotaging you. Execute what is in your control and write out what is not and accept/let it go.

Finally, if you know what the exam area looks like, practice visualizing yourself taking the test in that room with people around.
