day 20 no pmo, the urges have been crazy. it's good to see my libido up again, but resisting temptation is getting difficult. I almost relapsed tonight. Saw a YouTube video with a revealing attractive woman that triggered a crazy urge. I was so close to pulling up p and m but I had a jolt of willpower at the last second which saved the day. that and a cold shower right after and I feel much better. I'm thankful I didn't let it all go though. I just doscovered k9... hopefully this will help prevent any triggers in the future.
Brilliant I am doing the same as you. Well I had about 3 months of plain sailing but the last week or so has been challenging. Here is to good energy everyday, contentment and good health.
I do the full cold shower when the urge gets crazy too. That means you really want to succeed. I could not imagine going back to the old days but I have to keep learning more. It is a wonderful journey.
