I am on day 125 on the hard mode. I've had no orgasms or ejaculations in that time period including wet dreams. I feel great retaining my semen. I am exploring sexual transmutation as a way to redirect my sexual energy. Is anyone doing this? How is it working out?
As I understand it, sexual transmutation is redirecting your sexual energy into avenues other than sex. I am using my sexual energy to improve my physical strength and mental stability. Do any out there have any thoughts on this topic?
