To check different newspapers several times a day, hoping for some good news, or something to "relax": not porn, just empty information that doesn't add nothing to your life and doesn't cost any effort. Like a digital equivalent of watching gossip news on TV, or checking your email/cellphone without need. Nowadays I choose to turn off the PC to relax or to listen to relaxing music.
