I was had sex with a dog when i was 15 jsut because i felt so curious about what sex felt like, at that moment of my lifge i remember being hooked in porn and is something i am not proud of, ever since that episode i hace been struguling with fap adiction and sometime s i feel it has gave me a kind of negative effect of cause in life so how it is right now.

i dont feel proud about my behaiviour, i started this thread to feel support and to know that im not alone.

i'll start the challenges so far everytime i feel any urge and try hard to be the ebst self i can !!

Hey man!

You've decided you want to become a better person, you can be proud of that already. With the help you can get here you're going to get better i'm sure of it!

However it does have to come from you as well, get yourself familiar with what this place has to offer, talk to people, read their story's, reply to them.
Get yourself more involved here and your mind won't have the time to go back to your old ways. Stay dedicated and focused.
