Has anyone else experienced zero desire for real sex with real women?

I'm 33 in a LTR and over the last year or so have found my libido drop like a stone. Im really hoping that it isn't because I don't find my gf sexually attractive, but I'm also feeling no desire whatsoever for 'real' sex. Is this common?

Very common. Porn messes up our heads. Turns healthy desires off and makes us want to watch porn

Last week I went to a LGTB+ conference and they talked about asexual people. It represents 1% of the world's population and are people who don't feel any sexual reward, they can have orgasm but they don't like it. Instead, they can feel pleasure from a hug or just being with other person but not in a sexual way. Why I'm telling you this? Because I was part asexual due to my porn addiction. I could't have sex with a girl. I couldn't get an erection! Me, that person that every day turns on the computer in order to masturbate. Now I feel that my mind is changing and the more far away I go on PMO the better I feel with myself.

Keep going dude, it's a long path, but it's worth I'm sure of that! :D

PS: sorry for my english XD

  5. I have no desire whatsoever to have sex right now too. I'm disgusted by it. I don't know what's wrong with me but it disgusts me now.

I don't think it has anything to do with asexual. Gary Wilson says that when you watch so much porn after a while your brain becomes wired to pixels on a screen instead of real women. Your brain can rewire itself but you have to stop the porn. Watching porn doesn't make you asexual, asexual is asexual.

I think there is a spiritual aspect to it as well.

Porn is essentially selfish. THere is you and...well, nobody. It's self-gratification. Further, it feeds off the weakness of others. These women, your slaves. It's diabolic from this perspective.

WHereas, sex with another requires MORE. Especially if you're in a relationship. It requires something of yourself. At best, it is a mutually giving, synergistic making of love.

A Catholic such as myself would recognize your illness at something good as the devils handiwork.

    I highly recommend prayer.

On a sidenote it's ironic that many people who don't believe in God often believe in evil.
