Hey, this is my first post to the NoFap community. Since about 1.5 months I often visit the website because since I found the website I realized that I'm addicted to porn and masturbation. Since then I'm trying my reboot (had a few relapses).

But meanwhile I recognized that I have some other addictions like sugar (which I'm changing since about august last year) or even music.

I think another addiction is watching a huge amount of youtube videos if I'm bored (and I'm nearly every day bored like this). I know this addiction since about 3 years, even before i knew the addiction of fap, but I can't stop it. So as I read before about NoFap they told that the dopamine level is rising higher and higher if we click and change between porn videos, is it the same with youtube videos and the dopamine level?

How can I get rid of the youtube thing? I just can do it maybe 3 days without using it. I think for me it's the same level of addiction as porn and masturbation.

    Greetings molotrap

What i can tell you is that your life itself is an addiction. There is no reason to try and stop all the ones you have, until you feel like cinic of course. Sugar addiction is not removable, you need a bit of sugar every day and even more if you train. So, stop OVEREATING it, just do not eat chocolate and ice creams and stuff for 2 weeks and you're good. When you need it just eat a banana for potassium or something.
Yt addiction now, it defenately is an addiction but still, do you have better entertainment? If you were to have it already you would've probably left it even before writing this post. Just find something you like and start working hard on what you do until you have no more time remaining. Just work it so hard you can kick off some time here and there and start doing sports or something else.
You're on a lot of right roads but still far away from the goal. Understand that changes happen in months time, not less, and start working on your problems from the bottom up. Do not force yourself too much, you are yourself because you do what you do, same works the opposite way: you are yourself because you don't want to do things that you forced yourself to do. Stay healthy and do pilates+swimming and your life will take a big leap. I'm practically never here so do not expect further answers in the short term. Good luck man
