  1. I made a list of true changes you can achieve when you run without pmo for periods of cleanness. The point is it depends on body properties and period length.
    The list:
    more clear mind state.
    Live in the moment easier and happier life.
    Anxiety and bad stresses relief & reduce a lot, i mean a LOT;)
    your heart and brain become stronger and more nutritions are available so less ugly face skin and more muscles will grow on body,etc.
    More eye contact and social behaviour will be strengthen. Less social anxiety and phobias are under control.
    Your hormones are in balanced state so no more sadness or worsening social interactions.
    You become more confident and more focused in everything,undoubtedly.
    Your memory become super ultra more more more powerful.
    And a lot of positivity,etc...

    For me it takes about atleast two weeks for it to kick in. From then on the benefits slowly increase.

  4. It depends on your body state and also more days equals better and deeper results. Sooner you start your hustle it means your problem couldn't go deep and equals better and deeper results again.
    Feed your greed in counting. Sometimes greed is good. Want more days and more and more. Don't let anybody/anything make you hesitate.

    Have faith, you can. Why you stop yourself from tasting quality of your stronger self?

    Thank you guys for the replies. I'm definitely staying away from PMO, there is too much that I am missing in my life. I absolutely think staying away from PMO will make a lot of things better. I've got nasty depressions for years and I'm pretty sure PMO Is the reason for it.

    The navy special forces all over the world are training 66 days PMO free so they can achieve superhuman skills. Give it a try... i want to hear massive number of full control and freedom success stories...

    There will be a moment when you feel like No PMO didn't bring any significance impact on yourself. Trust me. I've experienced that feeling on my 40th day streak and then relapsed.
    I just want to know if you've ever experienced such feeling and if yes, what's your next action?

  10. It is normal to have cravings and side effects and hardships and mood swings when leaving habits whatever the habit/addiction is. So consider it as a normal side effect, but you have to not give up. After ~66 days and >70 days you start to experience positive slope of mood changes, undoubtedly. Because you freed up yourself from habit and its serious side effects.
     
  11. Some days are peak for some people according to their specs! That days are the key days to fight. The best way is to not being alone in that peaks.
    Yes it happened for me exactly in 41st day one time but I realized that if I went out and socialized it wouldn’t happen!
     
  12. And for people thinking there is no gain in nofap/noPMO it is a suggestive problem. If you believe in bad energies/satan/internal force to sin,etc, yes, that is exactly related to this bad desire which force you to do PMO and it constantly gathers reasons to you which suggest to PMO. But they are lies to self they are only false reasons....
