    if you're like myself you're suffering with this addiction. It can leave you feeling hopeless and your life is in disarray. I'm writing this because I want you to know you're winning more than you know. Everyday that you get up and you face this problem head on you're winning. It's not going to be easy even right now I'm lusting so hard odds are I will relapse. But you know what, that's okay because every time I said no to this problem I wIn.so instead of beating yourself down keep remembering you are a winner step into the winners circle.

    That's the spirit! :D But when you are gonna relapse, don't say it's ok because you lasted as long as you did. Only say that IF you relapses, not when you're about to. When you're feeling the need to, you go on NoFap, you divert your attention elsewhere, you call someone, etc. But yes, always feel like a winner when you're making it and don't let it break you down!
