So... I'm on day 29 of a no PMO streak, and I just think I had my first wet dream...

I was dreaming about browsing on Reddit, clicking on different random stuff and then I stumbled across a porn link (I never have watched porn on Reddit in my life, I barely even use Reddit for anything) and in my dream I remember the feeling of anticipation about to click the link, it was like my heart was about to beat out of my chest. Right as I clicked the link (I didn't see anything NSFW in my dream) I suddenly woke up and I think I either came or pissed myself... It's like my brain used my dick to stop me from viewing porn in my dream (oh the irony!) I've never had a wet dream before, but I assumed one would be erect... I was completely soft! It was a little bit sticky, but not like the consistency of cum, I feel as if it were half way between piss and cum (Precum?) I had to pee a little bit but I just woke up from a nap so that was normal. I've never pissed myself in my sleep for as long as I can remember, does anyone know what just happened?

I've never experienced anything like this ... but it sounds like you were worried about "viewing porn in your dream." You can't control your dreams. If you view porn in a dream, have sex in your dream, etc., that doesn't constitute a relapse. It would be ridiculous for us to hold ourselves accountable for what goes on in our subconscious mind.

I have had one similar dream once.I remember looking for porn and watching porn.I felt like i had seen that video before but it did not matter because i eventually watched it.I saw a small part of it and then woke up.It was a wet dream but it felt so real.But it is nothing to worry about because your brain is hanging on to past memories and creates illusions because of NoFap. It is like it went to emergency mode because you once had PMO in your routine for so long and now suddenly you stopped so it panicked.Keep moving on forward and everything you have been through and everything that is to come is worth the inconvenience in the end

LOL i swear this has happened to me, a weird very fast anticipated build up and then you jolt out of the dream with now cumed underwear. I don't get it either...
