WTF is going on with my libido ?!

    I'm 20 5 days on hardmode no PMO, having PIED et trying to recover

    I'm in a flatline since the beginning however i had my first sponteneous erection today (without touch or sexual thoughts just like that at work) but i still feel low libido ...

    Is it normal ?
    It gives me great hope to have a spontaneous arection already in this reboot as i am a young severe addict of PMO suffering from PIED
