    Yes I did, and I've seen a psychiatrist for about 8 months. It has already helped me tremendously, and I was very sceptical about it for many years before starting.

    It can be hard, but definitely worth it.

    Yeah i mean when you tell most doctors something. In my experience they don’t even bat an eye. I mean they’ve heard it all I suppose
