Worst month ive encounter

The month of may been horrible, I relapse almost every day now, the previous month I honestly view porn and masterbated like 3 or 4 times throughout the month which was amazing, but I’m guessing I’m going into a periodic cycle now specially with this month. I’m trying my hardest to break the cycle and to gain my benefits
