Worried I have ed again

I recently relapsed and watched porn again. Last summer I figured out I had porn Ed. I successfully recovered on day 54 and had successful sex. Over the year I had a girlfriend and had tons of sex and still masturbated a little too. After 8 months of dating I found out my gf cheated on me so I broke up w her. After a couple weeks I started masturbating again and then recently I watched porn and masturbated 3 times in one day. I haven’t had sex in about 3 months and I’m worried I messed up the whole recovery. I usually wake up with erections but haven’t since I watched. I may be overthinking but did I mess everything up? Is my ed back? Thank you
