Work on yourself

    whether you are on nofap or not whether you relapsed or achieved your goals you can still work on yourself, Here I will give you some steps that really helped me through my life,

    '' Whatever the thing you want stop call it a dream, start call it a plan''

    1. Meditation:
    '' Your mind is not your friend nor your foe it is just a tool ''


    Every successful person on this planet will tell you meditation is behind his success specially mindfulness meditation, when you get out of your mind the outside reality will start to change the way you want. it is not a myth you can try it, my favorite teachers are Osho, Mooji and Alan Watts go check them and learn.

    2. Read:
    ''Rich people have a big library, Poor people have a big TV''


    Sacrifice just 15 minutes everyday to read a book. Read about science, self-development, philosophy, read online or join a library you will thank yourself in the future and after awhile you will notice your mentality become totally different than the rest and you will simply talk about any topic with people, Don't waste your time with reading useless books like those famous novels and fantasy characters, try always to find something which can benefit you and your goals.

    3. Reduce social media:
    ''If you have time for facebook then you have time to work on yourself''

    I am not saying delete all your accounts or stop using any of those forever, no at least reduce the time you are using with those. check your facebook just twice a day one after you wake up at the morning and one before you sleep just to check what's going on nothing more nothing less. remember it is an addictive also like porn and if you are obsessed to check your phone every single minute you are addicted just the way that porn does.

    4. Learn the art of timing:
    ''Be patient, great things take time''

    Learn patience it is another key to success, don't rush things, be wise and still like if you know everything will come to you in the end, take your time doing things, slow down when you do anything nofap process itself is a great teacher of patience.

    5. Write down your goals:
    ''Ask yourself what do you really want''

    write down anything you want there is a magic when you write anything you want to achieve write it in the present moment like it is already happening, know what you want clearly and write it down and have a sense of honest with yourself don't write for example I am making 10 million dollars while in fact you didn't make even 1$. start it with a thing that your mind can believe.

    6. Gratitude:

    Be in the state of gratitude daily, force yourself to write down everyday just 10 things you are gratitude about just 10 things of anything around you feel the enthusiasm for the things around you touch it feel it like it is the first time to see it, the best time to do that is after you wake up and before you sleep.

    7. Turn off the TV:
    Tell Lie Vision

    Literally if you have the gut to through away your TV do it now unless you need it to practice something like listening a new language. otherwise it is something you really need to get ride off, This machine is literally plays on your subconscious it hypnotize you it was designed that way to seed in you Fear and hate it is a lie and in my opinion dangerous more than PMO

    8. Learn a new language:

    Use the internet to learn a new language in my opinion an educated person should speak at least 2 languages beside his mother tongue, English language is the language of the world so it shouldn't be counted as a foreign language because in my opinion if English is not your mother tongue you must as an educated person learn it it is a must, find a language that can benefit you somehow don't just learn a language just because you like it I used to love Japanese language but I stopped because I have no future with it.

    9.Exercise:

    Our body is like a motor it needs to move it needs to be warm and active otherwise it will start to stop working you have muscles and bones for a reason. Go for your favorite sport if you can't go join any fitness gym near you if you can't just walk everyday for a few minutes but you need to move.

    10 Eat healthy:

    I am not gonna tell you to go vegan or cut off a specific food but at least be smart with your meals, reduce junk foods get more veggies if you use 2 spoon of sugar in your coffee try to use 1 if you already use 1 try not to use any sugar, don't starve yourself, Don't eat late at night make a space like 3 hours before you sleep, try to fast every awhile that has a great benefits on your body and it takes off toxic things away from your body. When you eat you don't have to get full get up before you finish your dish, divide your meals through the days. Respect you body.
