WoooHooo - My First Erection after 45 days.

    I was watching a video on youtube and I had my first erection (20 - 30 %)
    Although erection was not full, maybe just 20 - 30 percent , and it went down within 5 seconds too.

    But this is exactly my goal of NoFap, I want to get erection without physically stimulating my penis.

    Am I on the right path?, Will this improve more?

    Some of the small physical victories are a great sign of the mental success you've made. I'm there with you as well! I would agree with grffn though- careful with the p-sub stuff. Other than that, keep on truckin'!
