I couldn’t even get more than barely erect for a handjob this week. Nothing happened. Never happened before. He’s dead dead. Even my brain is dead.

Yeah I was dead for about a month. No libido, no sex drive whatsoever. In fact my dick got somewhat smaller at around the third week and has just now returned to normal size.

Yeah it did so it was definitely nofap. I dont think its too healthy to not ejaculate in such a long time.

I think if i ignored the pain, a 90 day reboot would give me prostatitis.

I am just blown away by everyone else's ability to detect withdrawal symptoms. I am 28 and have been looking at porn since i was in 6th grade... doing PMO as much as 10 times a day... maybe 3-5 a day on average

I did almost 90 days over the summer with no PMO...

now I just hit 90 days with no P....

I am sure i have experiences a symptom or two but probably couldn't pinpoint it exactly to PMO.... maybe it's cause I smoke weed 5 times a day as well but this is just so weird to me I feel like im a goddam zombie or something with no awareness of my own feelings

Like I said everyone is different. Not necessarily everyone is going to have the same symptoms or even that many symptoms. Although perhaps your inability to distinguish your own withdrawals is a withdrawal in itself...who knows? Lol.

Frankly I think that’s nonsense. There is physically no reason you need to ejaculate every so often during a set time frame. The withdrawals can make you think there’s something very wrong with you but from all accounts I’ve come across it’s simply your body lashing out against your abstinence, like a whiny child not getting his way. If you need to ejaculate your body will take care of that itself through a wet dream.

Men over 30 hardly ever get wet dreams. I know i dont and as far as the body absorbing the excess semen if you dont ejaculate as is often claimed, well why after a long period on nofap is the amount of semen ejaculated directly proportionate to the amount of time you have abstained? And many including myself noted the semen looked browny and smelled stale?

There’s a lot of men over 30 that still get them, and many who don’t. I don’t buy into the claim that you HAVE to force an ejaculation. Your body will invariably reabsorb the sperm, especially after you’ve obstained for long enough and your body has properly adjusted. My question to you is how long have you actually gone without ejaculating? What is your longest streak? I would venture to say that if you have never surpassed 90 days then your body has never been allowed to adjust properly to reabsorb your excess semen... which is why many have reported experiencing wet dreams during the first 90 days or so and afterwards it tends to cease or greatly reduce in frequency.

I went 31 days and i was flying, i was enjoying having urges for once instead of just killing them stone dead as soon as they surfaced by wanking. I also enjoyed the sexual energy. Urges didnt get me in the end but i felt like the pain in my prostate was too risky to ignore.

    heheh : )

On my first proper reboot, it took over 150 days to begin to wet dream, and those wet dreams were the first in my entire life. I am 32. They now occur once a week max, min about once a month. I have practised semen retention for over 5 years. Ejaculation is not necessary to live in good health. If required at all, the body releases via wet dreams, and even then, only in very small amounts for me.

Oddly enough, MO without ejaculation (via semen retention) is enough to completely block wet dreams from occurring. If ejaculation was necessary, wet dreams would have been happening the entire time.

I frankly think the pain you experienced was merely a withdrawal and nothing serious. There’s been so many accounts of weird pains in weird places and frankly if I wasn’t on NoFap I would’ve checked myself into the hospital due to the pain in my gut. It’s been that bad. But I’m aware it’s a temporary side affect of abstinence and it will pass, and alas it is beginning to get better as of yesterday. Pains during the withdrawal phase can be very scary especially when they’re physical but using them as an excuse to relapse to me is never an option.

I never had a wet dream in my entire life either until I started this reboot I’m on now. So far I’ve had two of them; one on day 11 and the second on day 38. First time was very watery and quite a small amount but the second time was massive. I can trace the root of what triggered them each time, as the day before each of them happened I had met an extremely attractive girl and thought a bit too much about her afterwards. I’ve not gotten any at all the rest of the time when I’ve been strict with my sexual thoughts.

I’d definitely try it if I were you. Just tough it out and see what happens. If anything the retention of your semen should improve your health and vitality...the aches and pains are just your body’s way of trying to trick you back into a relapse.

    *UPDATE*

No diarrhea anymore, now mostly excessive gas and bloating after a meal (which worsens somewhat on the days I haven’t had yogurt). Bowels and stool have appeared within normal parameters for the most part. Someone I came across said they had something similar last for about a month and a half during their reboot so we’ll see. Anxiety and depression have decreased by quite a large margin the last several days. Nearly all of the other physical symptoms however are still persisting…

    *UPDATE 2*

Stomach issues, anxiety and depression severely decreased, libido returning strong, aggression rising, brain fog reducing, overall feeling much better. Not even remotely close to 100% but seeing these improvements really is motivating.
