Withdrawal during NoFap

I've been going through on and off depressive periods for reasons I'm not sure are responsible for it, and on and off anxiety too from intrusive thoughts together with other intrinsic and extrinsic factors that may have caused these and other emotions for the 60 + days. It could just be the flatline and/or an underlying issue. Any advice on this would do, I'm mostly curious of the experiences you guys have gone through (and going through too) during the withdrawal stage (What emotions did you go through, When and how did you get better, etc.). Feel free to talk about anything you believe would be worth mentioning

 

It may not happen as fast as I'd like it to, but yeah, it definitely gets easier with each day.
