Will this make my recovery slower?

  1. Hello!

    I am just starting challenges here on NoFap. Was just reading about edging and i found out that I shouldn't do it. In this first days of challenge I was touching it sometimes but I was mainly interested into strenght of my erection. I really want to prepare myself for real sex situations. So I did a bit of touching and screwing sheets in my bed (without touching it) and it felt good.

    So I wonder is this a good practice to take or should I just left it and try only when the real life chance comes? Anyone had better techniques to prepare himself for real sex?

    I know it would be the best if I could have a reliable girlfriend but at the moment thats not the case...

  3. So you would say also getting an erection (like just with Kegels and some fantasising) and then leave it off is bad for progress?

    This. Try not to fantasize to much, just trust the process and prepare yourself for a long recovery process.
