    I am masturbating since 17 once a day, now i am 21. I have no pleasure while ejaculation. I think i lost the feeling when i was 18. Is it possible to brings those feelings back. I remember when i first had orgasm. It was intense and i never had one like that for years. I feel literally nothing. I have psychological stress or anything.

    There is no evidence whatsoever that NoFap will solve this! Stop putting you hopes and dreams on NoFap!

    Surely it's rewiring that would solve most things, not bloody NoFap!

    FYI, i'm currently experiencing no pleasure when I ejaculate and this has been off the back of 6 months on NoFap, my longest spell!! (Before it, i was feeling pleasure.)
