    Depends. We all have sexual problems, or at least problems related to sex. So at first, you might tense up. Sexual energy build up can also cause that. The best way is to have a partner which you have trust, so you can have sex multiple times, at times when you don't have much build up. Also, this way, you won't care much about your performance so it is also relaxing.
